Randy Balster

Randy has been in the machining business since 1981 – over 40 years. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Wright State University and has learned firsthand over the years how to run an efficient and trustworthy business for his customers. Randy has owned his own CNC Machine Shop for 20 years in the past and had 40+ employees that helped keep the shop running smoothly. Entrepreneurship has always been in his blood. Randy is also an ordained deacon in the Catholic Church and happily married with 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren. He is also a life-long resident of St. Henry, OH.

Nick Balster

Nick’s background as an Electrical Controls Designer helps him to greater understand the quality products customers need. Nick is a graduate from the University of Dayton with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has worked in the industrial controls industry for over 30 years and has a machine controls focus. He is a life-long resident of St. Henry, OH and happily married with three kids.
